Club Penguin no longer appears on the site's list of games, and the game page itself is blank. Looks like this is the end of Club Penguin on Miniclip. I certainly didn't see this coming. I remember when it first came to Miniclip in early 2006. A sub-forum was established for its players that within 9 months grew to over 500,000 posts in size - over 70% of the MCF total at that time. We'd never seen activity like it. Its user's weren't well liked, though, and in March 2007 Miniclip, with Dracophile's help, founded MCCP where the community could reach its full potential and live in peace without annoying the regular Miniclip folk. Club Penguin remained Miniclip's most popular game for 3/4 years and MCCP grew to almost 2 million posts. Now MCCP is a memory and even the game has disappeared from Miniclip. What changed days. Back in 2006 I never would have imagined I'd be saying this, but it was a fun experience having it and its users as part of our family, and I'm sad to see it go. Even more so as I owe my position on the staff to this game.

So long, and thanks for all the fish.
Sad

Hahaha Club Penguin on Miniclip, those were the days

Only played on Miniclip when the main CP website didn't load up properly

I'm surprised they only just removed it now, though. I didn't know anyone still played it on the MC website.

The childhood memories were great, but I guess browser games are just slowly dying out to make way for mobile-friendly versions.
